Hand wash in cold water recommended or a very low machine wash setting. To dry, lay the garment flat and do not use a tumble dryer. Folding your garment instead of hanging it helps maintain the correct shape and prolongs its wear. 

Delivery Times
Cairo: Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch.
All other governorates in Egypt: Delivery within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
